New Japan v.s. UWF 5-on-5 bout

I was looking at the New Japan v.s. UWF tape on www.highspots.com that had the 5-vs-5 match from 186 between the two promotions. The match looks pretty impressive and I was wondering if anyone who had seen it could offer their opinion on it (ie, is it worth buying, disapointing, a classic?).

    Here's the exact line-up:

    Antonio Inoki/Tatsumi Fujinami/Kengo Kimura/Umanosuke Ueda/Kantaro Hoshina -vs- Akira Maeda/ Osamu Kido/Yoshiaki Fujiwara/Nobuhiko Takada/Kazuo Yamazaki

Thanks in advance for anyone who can offer some helpful reviews of the bout...

I can't remember the detail of each match, but I do remember I was so excited when I was watching these matches on TV.

That is how an invasion angle should be handled, not like WWE with WCW.

I believe McMahon got his inspiration for his 10-man tag matches at Invasion and Survivor series from that match.

I wonder if Vince knew anything about the match at all.

I didn't feel like starting another thread, but this tape can be found at Highspots. The tape is where the first every IWGP Champion is crown. I was wondering if anybody can give me some info on the match. Like how good it was or how dissapointing it was. this is who is in the match:

2- Tatsumi Fujinami & Kengo Kimura vs. Antonio Inoki & Seiji Sakaguchi for the vacant IWGP Tag Team Titles (Fujinami & Kimura win titles, 31:53; 12/12/85)

So is this match better than the New Japan vs. UWF 5 vs 5 match or not as good?

    Mid Summer Night Fever

This match took place on the commercial tape "Mid Summer Night Fever". The match was awesome. The heat was right up there with some of the best I have ever seen!
