Kendo Ka Shin & Dr. Wagner Jr. defeat Shinjiro Ohtani & Tatsuhito Takaiwa in Tokyo to win IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Title. In what seem to be a lot more significant, a match between Naoya Ogawa and Shin'ya Hashimoto match ends as a no-contest when Ogawa "shoots" on Hashimoto. Also, Atsushi Ohnita wrestles in a New Japan card for the first time only to get disqualified blowing fire into Sasaki's face.
